Hi, I’m Apollonia! Mom, wife, designer, and aspiring author with a passion for creativity. Originally from Massachusetts, I moved to sunny Florida at the age of 12 and have been soaking up the sunshine ever since.

My career journey has been anything but ordinary. I started as a chef and baker in catering and fine dining restaurants. After meeting my husband, I transitioned to a career as a paralegal in my early 30s. These days, I run a custom design e-commerce store, amongst other things.

When I’m not chasing after my 9-month-old daughter or our two rambunctious dogs, you’ll likely find me gardening, perfecting my pizza game (I am a proud pizza connoisseur!) or cruising the open seas. I also adore sailing and exploring the world with my family. Did I mention we also have 17 chickens? Life is never dull around here!

Beyond my adventures in family life and business, I’ve recently ventured into the world of writing. My first children’s book, Aurora & Captain Save Christmas, marks the beginning of The Marvelous Misadventures of Aurora & Captain series. I’m also the host of the Work. Life. Mom. podcast, where I share insights and conversations about the balancing act of motherhood and career.

I’m a firm believer in spreading joy, helping others, and savoring every moment.
